Turn any charter in our fleet into a floating restaurant — no cooler sandwiches, just real food made on the water.

MagicSea brings a professional private chef aboard any yacht or catamaran we charter. While you swim, sunbathe and sail the turquoise water of the Mexican Caribbean, your chef works the galley and serves everything fresh — from a relaxed lunch between snorkel stops to a full sunset dinner under the stars.

Tell us how your group likes to eat and we build the menu around it. Our chefs prepare authentic Mexican favourites — guacamole made to order, ceviche, tacos and quesadillas — alongside fresh-grilled seafood barbecues and lighter cocktail-and-canape spreads for celebrations at sea.

International menus such as Halal, Kosher and Indian are available on request, and dietary needs are never a problem: celiac, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and allergen-conscious menus are all part of the service. Setup, plating and clean-up are handled by our crew, so you simply enjoy the day.

Our private chef service brings a full working kitchen to your charter, turning the galley of any MagicSea yacht or catamaran into the heart of the day. We grill fresh Caribbean lobster, tomahawk steaks and whole fish right on deck over the turquoise water, and lay out generous platters that range from chicken fajitas, taquitos and breaded shrimp to raw oysters, seared tuna and hand-rolled sushi. Lighter touches are everywhere too: charcuterie boards of cured ham and cheese, garden salads, grilled zucchini, guacamole crowned with a tomato rose, delicate appetizer bites and trays of strawberry-garnished mimosas.

Whether the spread is set on a teak cockpit table, a buffet beside the helm or even a table on a quiet Cancun beach, every plate is cooked to order and presented with care. With a friendly chef and attentive crew on board, your only job is to relax and enjoy the meal as the Caribbean drifts by.
