Jet skis have an additional cost and have to be requested with time to add them to your reservation. The cost of towing a jet ski during your whole trip is around 500 USD.
Or the captain can ride to a designated area where you can rent it and use it for 1 hour or 30 minutes for around 150 USD/hr.
IMPORTANT: For security reasons,  jet skis are now restricted in many areas around Isla Mujeres, so you can only use them in designated areas.

We recommend paying for the time of use and renting for 2 or 3 to use simultaneously.

We offer a rental of a doughnut if you want to use it with the jet ski. Great for kids and groups.

Similar to when you rent a car, you pay for time, no matter if you park it all day or run full of people.

We rent for a minimal time because moving a yacht has a high cost, and later an additional cost for the gas over time.  4 hours for medium yachts, 6 hours for bigger yachts, and 8 hours minimum on the biggest available.

All yachts have a max capacity of people aboard, prices usually is for the recommended capacity and pay extra over it to the max allowed.

No, usually hotels do not allow the use of their docks.
You would have to ask directly at your hotel, and consider that the time that the yacht takes to get to the dock starts counting from your rental time.

For example, if you rented 4 hours and the yacht takes 1 hour to get to the dock, and then 1 hour to get back from the dock to the marina, those are 2 hours that are deducted from your rental time.

We always recommend ground transportation. Moving on the water is slower than on the road, and the consumption of gas is very expensive.

Snorkeling at Cancun is at the El Meco area for yachts. To snorkel at the MUSA, a small boat with a permit is required, which has an additional cost.

You can rent an electric Seabob, the personal scooter, to snorkel around the yacht.

Yes, of course, that is possible, but the fee for using the dock does not include.

It is around 30 USD (600 MXN) per yacht on several piers; others charge 10 dollars per person,  and if you stop at a restaurant, they don't charge if you have lunch there. It can be paid in cash or by card.  Places to Stop are Muelle Lima, Muelle 7,  Bartolome, Muelle Vazquez, Lancheros, Mocambo, and others.

Yes, you can disembark from a private yacht or a tour boat to explore Isla Mujeres. While you can't leave from your hotel directly, if it has a pier and allows you to board there, or you can take your yacht to a marina in Cancun, where you can board a connecting boat to the island. Alternatively, you can take an official ferry and then rent a golf cart or find other transportation to explore the island's beaches, shops, and sites

Half Day means 4 hrs, and Full Day means 8 hours.
To visit Isla Mujeres and do activities of snorkeling, it is necessary to spend 6 hours, 4 hours is a short time to cross and back with several stops to swim or snorkel.
Extra hours will be charged separately.

If cancellation is due to weather, we will refund 100% of your money.

If cancellation is on the date of your charter, there will be no refund.

All cancellations must be made at least 7 days before.

For Boat reservations: In the event that the boat is out of service on the date, we will upgrade to the next option available, or if you disagree, we will refund 100%.

If an activity or tour is canceled due to authority for weather conditions and you cannot reschedule, you will receive an immediate (in 48 hours or less) 100% refund.

Any other activity or tour can be canceled with 10 days in advance notice without any fee or penalty.

All other activities or tours that are canceled by you within 10 days, 2 days, or less, resulting in a loss of the deposit.

No-shows or failure to cancel a tour or activity will result in a 100% charge for the service.

Cancellations must be made by the person who made the reservation.

We do not accept calls or cancellations from other travel providers or hotel concierges.

This is to protect you from someone canceling your tour or activities.

WEATHER

The climate is very changeable, it can be cloudy for a few minutes and after a while Sun. In addition, since the walk is in Isla Mujeres, the marine climate allows the sky to be clear most of the time. It really has to be very bad weather of several days for it to be canceled, and that happens rarely, and it is already planned a day before.

Sea Ray Yacht FUN 55ft has a large sunbed on the front, and sofas on the fly bridge.

At Isla Mujeres, the water is very calm every time, there are places to stop there and swim   (as you see on videos)

Sometimes, crossing to Isla (20 min ) has a crosswind.

The Searay yacht rolls a little more than the Carver yacht or the Azimut with a stabilizer. Catamarans have more stabilization against the waves.

We recommend bringing a seasick pill (Dramamine or similar) to take 1 hr before departure. Only a few people seek, but if you believe it is possible, take it; seeking is  useless.

Yes, if you have more time on rent of 8 hrs, we can visit the Isla Blanca area at the north of Playa Mujeres, or longer to the Boca Iglesias area and mangroves there (overnight)

Isla Contoy can be visited only on a tour. It is a National reserve, and Yachts are not allowed to dock there.
You can turn around, but if you want to stop and walk, we can arrange a boat to do it (with an extra cost).

We recommend 2 or 3-day tours for up to 8 people to Isla Holbox or Isla Cozumel.

This activity has a season from May 15th to Sep 15th and is restricted to small boats with a special license (similar to Isla Contoy).

We can arrange it if you want a combination of a Yacht and whale shark tour.

Yes, it is possible to cross from Cozumel Island to the Playa del Carmen area on a yacht. Reference pricing is $2,100 USD for yachts like:

• PA 42 ft Sea Ray with flybridge — up to 15 people
• PA 40 ft Sundancer Sea Ray — up to 12 people

Most yacht rentals do not include dock fees (typically $10–20 USD per person) and crew gratuity (recommended 15–20%). Always confirm this before booking.

Usually, a 30% deposit is required to block the date, and the balance is paid at departure.

Weather: in case of bad weather (strong winds / heavy rain), you can change the date or cancel for a full refund.

This policy applies to all yacht sizes. If your package includes jet skis — also known as Waverunners — (or you add them as an extra), please note that jet skis are not allowed in the Isla Mujeres area due to local regulations.

Instead of carrying them on board, we arrange for 1 or 2 jet skis (depending on your package) to be available at a sandbar in the Cancun area, where your yacht will stop approximately 30 minutes after departure. You can enjoy the jet skis there for the included rental time (typically 1 hour), after which they are returned to the base. The yacht then continues to Isla Mujeres, where you can enjoy snorkeling, relax at Playa Norte, or explore the island.

No yachts — regardless of their size — carry jet skis on board, as loading and unloading them takes valuable time and they cannot be taken to Isla Mujeres.

Note: Underwater scooters are different from jet skis. They are designed for snorkeling and can be used in the Isla Mujeres area during your snorkeling experience.

Yes, it is possible on a private boat — but keep in mind Cozumel is a long open-water crossing, so it's best to depart from the closest marina, Puerto Aventuras (not from Cancun), on a comfortable yacht with captain and crew.

Isla Blanca is a strip of pristine beaches and a shallow lagoon just north of Cancun — ideal for a quiet day of snorkeling, beach time and fishing. It is also well known for kitesurfing and flats fishing (permit and bonefish in the shallow lagoon).

The trip is done on a private boat departing from Cancun or Isla Mujeres: we navigate with snorkel stops along the way, can loop around Isla Contoy and anchor at the Isla Blanca beaches. It's a great option when you want a lower-key alternative to Isla Mujeres or Playa Norte, with fewer boats and open sandbars.

Fishermen often approach the yacht off Isla Mujeres offering freshly caught live lobsters. If you buy them there, the chef on board can cook them for you. Sometimes they also have conch or other fish caught during the day.
